1. How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive:

A Purchase Confirmation email with your Order ID.

A Shipping Confirmation email (within 2–3 business days) that includes your tracking number.
Use the tracking link provided to check the delivery status. Please allow 3–5 days for the tracking link to update.
2. Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes — but only within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us ASAP if you need to update shipping information.
🌍 Shipping & Delivery
1. Where do you ship from?
Our products are curated from trusted global partners across Europe, Asia, and North America — ensuring you get unique, high-quality beauty items at the best prices.
2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time may vary depending on Customs and local handling.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once your Shipping Confirmation is sent, cancellation is no longer possible as your order has been processed.
2. How do I return a damaged or defective item?
Email us at jayatrisarkar2050@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Return: Damaged or Defective Item - Order #XXXX”
Please attach a photo of the item. We’ll guide you through the return process.
3. Do you refund shipping costs on returns?
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
